Supplemental Narrative:
Ofc. Scott White

On Tuesday May 19, 2015 at approximately 1600 hrs. I responded to assist Officer Wyche with his call.

CD was involved with and recorded the incident.

He transferred his video footage onto my thumb drive.

I transferred the video footage to a CD and booked it into evidence as SW-1. I did not edit the video in anyway.

I later deleted the video from my thumb drive.
