Aug 31, 2023 Congratulations to Sgt. McElyea, who is retiring today after 21 years with BPD.
Before I even saw the false reports, he would not help me investigate the complaint I had against Officer Peacey.
Peacey was later "retrained" over the knowledge of laws ... which was called a non-policy violation and not anything to investigate...
They can all thank Deputy Chief Jim Jolliffe for that bargain.
All of you are taking our money... and you're criminals.
