JBLM ID section showed  Kliewer had obtained ID based on a relationship with his ex-wife, who is a veteran.

- Obtained without proper documentation showing any relationship.
- Tattooed ex-wife's face on his arm WITHOUT permission or knowledge.
- Hacked into ex-wife's bank accounts.
- IRS fraud with electronic signatures

Instead of putting him in jail, he was allowed to move to Colorado and run a pet haircutting place. 

His Peace Officer de-certification was delayed by Chief Mylett until Kevin was allowed to keep his retirement pay... must have been after he "retired" first, then Mylett came in early 2015 after an October 2014 date where there was still no determination on de-certification:

This all initially occurred during Chief Linda Pillo ... before she decided to retire.
