Aug 24th - "Sheriff fires second deputy over incident with Metro driver who
wore body camera"

King County Sheriff John Urquhart has fired a second deputy over an incident
in which a bus driver produced a video recorded on his personal body camera
to refute allegations he used a profanity during an argument over bus
security.

The video showed no profanity was used during the Nov. 14 argument between
the King County Metro Transit driver, Kelvin Kirkpatrick, and the two
deputies.

But in Bellevue police case no. REDACTED, Field Training Officer Robin J
Peacey states phrases can be heard on video which do not occur, even
according to the suspects own statements.....Ofc Peacey is "corrected" and
allowed to train other officers to do the same stuff? Great precedent. No
pattern or practice there.

I really gotta contact this reporter... outrageous.
