2017 Harassment

2017 - Harassing me outside my house... lying about it. Getting away with it. I was on my way to orientation for a new job.

Police faked evidence and tried to charge me again. This time prosecutor took no time declining.

I filed for anti-harassment order and judge refused. Says I swear too much.

My appeal of the small claims courts denial of my motion to vacate for lack of jurisdiction was also denied after 6 months of litigation to have it heard in the Superior Court. That hand-written decision is in the Civil Litigation page folder.

Summary: Its OK for assailant to lie, hit people, harass people, and continue to lie about it, as long as no one likes how I react to being assaulted. I bear strict liability for all his actions, as he cannot control himself or obey the laws. Yea. Right!
